All transport arrangements are made in good faith to meet your desired pickup and delivery timelines, but we do not guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors like traffic, weather, or mechanical issues.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information you submit, including vehicle type, distance, location, and transport method (open/enclosed). Final pricing may vary based on current market conditions or changes in service requirements.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing or cancel quotes if incorrect or incomplete information was provided.

4. Payments and Cancellations

• A deposit may be required to reserve your transport.

• The remaining balance is typically due upon vehicle delivery, paid directly to the carrier in cash, cashier’s check, or another agreed-upon method.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of any deposit made.

5. Vehicle Condition & Inspection

Before transport, customers must ensure their vehicle:

• Is operable (unless previously arranged as non-running)

• Has no personal belongings inside unless previously approved

• Is properly documented and ready for inspection

A pre- and post-shipment inspection will be conducted. Any existing damage will be noted on the Bill of Lading. You or your representative must be present during pickup and delivery to sign the inspection report.

6. Delays & Liability

While we aim for timely delivery, Reliable Auto Movers is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical failures, or acts beyond our control.

We are not responsible for:

• Personal items left in the vehicle

• Damage not documented at pickup

• Mechanical issues unrelated to transport

Insurance coverage is provided by the carrier. Any claims for damage must be reported immediately upon delivery and noted on the Bill of Lading.

7. Limitation of Liability

Reliable Auto Movers and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, images, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of Reliable Auto Movers and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

9. Governing Law
